tend not to or don't tend

Which is correct?

You don't tend to be as cold when you are running as your blood is flowing fast.

You tend to not be as cold when you are running as your blood is flowing fast.

Anonymous You don't tend to be as cold / You tend to not be not to be as cold Both are good, as shown. Personally, I use the second one more often. CJ

AnonymousYou don't tend to be as cold / You tend to not be not to be as cold
Both are good, as shown. Personally, I use the second one more often.
