There will be a list of theories under that title and should the title be Ten Theories or Ten Theory?

Yes! Thank you so much! I though so but my co-worker (well, my boss in fact) was so sure that the plural form of theory is theory (just like sheep is sheep in plural) and I couldn't argue with him, but I became not sure of myself so I decided to ask here!
