Ten tests

Are my sentences correct English?:

-This course consists of ten tests. Each test will start at 2:30 pm, lasting one hour and a half. No extra time will be given for late comers. No excuse will prevail for missing one single test, including medical and private reasons. If you fail one test, you have to make sure that the marks of the rest of the tests are enough to give you an overall pass in the course, otherwise if you fail the course, you will have to take it again until a pass is obtained. Failure of the course forbids graduation.

Thank you.
