Ten packs of cookies with four per pack

I am going to make up two similar sentences below.

(1) The box has ten packs of cookies, four per pack.

(2) The box has ten packs of cookies with four per pack.

Does it mean sense to use "with" instead of the comma? Thanks for your help.
