hello,

i'd like to know whether what is correct to say ten minutes is/are left?

do we say our target population is /are kids and adults?

how is /are your family?

2. our target population is kids and adults
3. how is your family..

but i'm not really sure whether it is correct or not... heheheeee ..

English-speakers always say: "There's ten minutes left." But they should say: "There are ten minutes left".

They will say both "our target population is kids and adults" and "our target population are kids and adults". The grammatically correct way is "our target populations are kids and adults" (unless "kids & adults" is a single category, then it should be “our target pop
