Hi, I have a passage here talking about ten medhods of comforting oneself listed by Meriden study. But it just mentioned part of the list, being with someone else, listening to music, watching TV, talking to oneself, reading, praying, recalling pleasant memories, and going for a walk. There are two left. If any of you know about this list, please let me know. I tried but failed to find it on the internet. I would appreciate your help. Thanks a lot for your attention.

I'm grateful for your efforts. Yes, it's a study in Meriden, Connecticut. Maybe this piece of information is too generalised and of little help. Anyway, really appreciate your work. Thank you very much.
