Telling the time?

Hi teachers

Are these expressions are correct or not?

It’s half past seven.

It’s quarter past twelve.

It’s quarter to five.

It’s five to eight.

It’s ten to six.

It’s ten past six.

It’s twenty eight past two.

'Twenty-eight past two' is non-standard.

Between the normal five-minute intervals, we say 'It's twenty-eight minutes past two', and 'It's nineteen minutes to nine'.

Where I live in Canada, I always hear 'a quarter to/past'.

But the 'a' is often said very quickly and quietly.

I also accept 'a quarter past/to', but only before 'quarter' – not before 'half'.
