Telling the difference in time.

If a country's standard time is 7:00pm at the same time my country's standard time is 8:30. How will I say it?

"Your clock is -1:30 hours behind ours."

Secondly: if my watch shows the time as 6:30 pm and at the same someone else's watch shows the time as 6:25. How will I say this? Yor watch has lost 5 minutes?

"Your clock is one and a half hours behind ours.

Your watch has lost 5 minutes.

These sentences are not wrong, but I'd say

"You're an hour and a half behind us."

"Your watch is 5 minutes slow."

And how will we say the opposite of "your watch is 5 minutes slow."?

May be "your watch is 5 minutes fast." But this sounds ridiculous to me.
