Telling an opiniøn. Is it native-like?

I think Swedish is just a level away from English acording to the language organisation (i forgot the acronym). The Swes may not have trouble writing an understandable and well-structured English but maybe not because sometimes I have problem writing in Spanish despite being a language closely related to English.
