Hi,

I know this is correct

The Hotel is near here.

The Hotel is near by.

but confused with below sentences

The Hotel is near to apartment

The Hotel is near apartment

same way

The Hotel is opposite apartment

The Hotel is opposite to apartment

i heard people saying all above sentences, are the correct in different contexts or wrong completely?
