Tell time

1. It's a half past nine.
2. It's a quarter past/after nine.
3. It's a quarter to nine.

4. It's half past nine.
5. It's quarter past/after nine.
6. It's quarter to nine.

7. It's thirty past/after nine.
8. It's fifteen past/after nine.
9. It's fifteen to nine.

Which of the above sentences is NOT acceptable?

I would not use 1, 7, 8 or 9. (7, 8 and 9 would be okay if you add the word "minutes," but still would not be as common as "It's nine-thirty," etc.)
I'm not entirely sure about 5 and 6 -- I prefer 2 and 3, but might get careless and use 5 and 6 instead.
