Tell someone that they are much better than everyone

Would it be correct to say "you're a way better than everyone" and "you're a way beyond everyone else", or should I drop "a" in both sentences? Can I also use the word "over" instead of "beyond" in this case?

And is it also possible to say "by a mistake", or do i have to say "by mistake"?
