Can anyone tell me which one is better in everyday English
I saw a man was injured or
I saw a man injured
Thanks
These are both okay, but are used in different situations, for example: There was a big explosion. When the smoke cleared away I saw a man was injured. ) I saw a man injured in the scuffle at the bar.

These are both okay, but are used in different situations, for example:
There was a big explosion. When the smoke cleared away I saw a man was injured. ("I saw a man injured" is not quite right here.)
I saw a man injured in the scuffle at the bar. ("I saw a man was injured" is ungrammatical here.)
I saw an injured man. (if he was already injured)
Or
I saw a man getting injured. (if you witnessed him getting injured)
