Tell me the real meaning of this sentence

Hi,
In the following paragraph, I can not understand the last sentence.

A recent post, this month I believe recommended an article about balance and objectivity in one's political opinions. About seeing the merit of the other point of view. Please remind me as I want to mark where to find the article or lecture or whatever for future reference.

Thank you for your help.

This person has seen a recent post (he thinks it was posted this month) that contained a mention of, or a link to, an article about "balance and objectivity in one's political opinions" and "seeing the merit of the other point of view", which interested him, but (presumably) he did not make a note of the location of the post or the article at the time that he read it. Now, he wants someone to tell him where the post is located, or to repost the link ("Please remind me"), because ("as") he wants to make a note of its location, or create a bookmark for it ("I want to mark where to find the article or lecture or whatever"), so he can refer to it in future ("for future reference").
