Tell me please the simple way to learn a forein leanguage?

So like in title what is the simple way to learn a forein leanguage as english. My native leanguage is romanian and I want to improve my english and for that I read lots of articles or magazines I watched movies with english subtitles I leastining... but exist the fastest way to learning?

There is no simple way to learn, so just dig in and reconcile yourself to the fact that it takes about 800 hours of ACTIVE participation in classes or English-speaker contact to acquire a basic ability to use the language. Reading is helpful for learning vocabulary, but movies are almost useless because the student is too passive. Take classes or find someone to talk with.

There are always websites and software that promise that you'll speak English very quickly but it takes time. Learning languages are a lot of fun and if you are relaxed and enjoying your learning then it makes the journey so much more enjoyable.

I think the best way for learning any foriegn Language is watching cartoons, because this programs are specialized for childern to learn the language, so try to watch cartoons without looking into translation if it's avalaible.
