Tell

A: I was at her wedding last week. Would you like to hear about it?

B: Not really, but I can tell that you'd like to tell me about it.

Is it very unnatural to use tell twice? If yes, how do I solve it? Could I say (and would it be natural):

Not really, but I can tell that you'd like to let me know about it.
