I just wonder what I should say on the phone when people call? Can I say," Good morning. XXXspeaking. How can I help you today?" or say," Good morning. Community Office XXX speaking. Who am I talking to and How can I be at your service today?"
Are those all sound reasonable?
Thanks,

Hi, I'd suggest you say something simple like this: Good morning. This is Jack speaking. What can I help you with?

Hi, I'd suggest you say something simple like this: Good morning.
This is Jack speaking.
What can I help you with?
Today is completely redundant, by the way.

It is more important for the caller to know they have reached the right office than your name.
Good morning, West Mininster Parks and Recreation. This is Mary. How can I help you?
I may have dialed the wrong number, so knowing you are Mary won't tell me that I reached the Parks and Recreation Department instead of the Water Authority.
