Telephone annoucement "reach"
I have heard telephone announcements. Which is correct? reach or have reached?
"You reach the voice mail of XXXX. He is unable to take your call now but if you leave your name and phone number, he will call you as soon as he can"
or
"You have reached the voice mail.............."
"You reach the voice mail of XXXX. He is unable to take your call now but if you leave your name and phone number, he will call you as soon as he can"
