The word is unfamiliar to me, but the description sounds like "It's A Knockout", which used to be on telly here in the 1970's.

I did a Google search and looked at some of the hits. They all seemed to use this word as a proper name, eg of a business or of a TV show.

As I said, I have no idea what your sentences mean.
