We are using a wrench which has size of 20. We are confused about how to write correctly.
1- 20 sized open-ended wrench
2-20 numbered open-endes wrench
3-20 open-ended wrench
Which one os is correct usage?

We are using sockets for bolts. Like wrenches, this sockets also has sizes. So my question is how to show this name?

Unless you can explain more clearly what you mean by 'size', I suggest:

#20 open-ended wrench. (Do you mean 'crescent wrench'?)

U shaped part of the wrench has 20 millimeter radius.

Normally they use it like : 4/8" open-ended wrench.
But in my country we do not use inch. Instead we are using metric system.
