Please help me with this question:
Question 27: ____, the invention was perfect, but it didn’t sell very well.
A. Practically B. Technologically C. Technically D. Politically
There's no context for the sentence. I don't know why the key says C. I think both B and C are suitable.

The only answer is C. Technically means "related to the particulars of its design, operation, manufacturing, etc."

Technology is a much more general term: the application of practical sciences to industry or commerce.
My nation is not very technologically developed.
