The IPA is /t?k'nik/. You're pronouncing the /k/s with too much aspiration. This means that there's too much of a pause after the first /k/. If you shade the /k/ toward /g/, you may do better. Or just start to say the /k/ but don't finish it. Consider it an unreleased /k/.

You still need to relax more. Your manner of speaking is too tense for English. Slow down and don't try so hard
