Dry ashing is defined as incineration at high temperatures (450-600°C). At this high of a temperature all of the organic and inorganic materials are decomposed. The ash consists of oxides and salts of anions like phosphates, chlorides and sulfates and cations containing sodium, potassium, and magnesium.
