I got a call from the Technical team at 12.25 am today. I was informed to check and test the Modem as they were suspecting it was down.
I tested the Modem and got the 'Pass' result as shown below. I have shared the result with Mr.Y in Technical Team and he told me that they checked from their end and it is working fine at the moment. I was informed that he is monitoring the Modem and he would inform us if it shows any further issues.

Teachers, Please clarify one more doubt. In the dictionary it is mentioned that 'further' meaning is more, extra, or additional. In this context it is clear that the issue is resolved and now they are monitoring the modem for issues that may be occur in future. So, Is 'further' the right word to use here?
