Teaching Workplace English - PPP (present-practice-production) & TBL (Task-Based Learning)

Hi guys, The ECT (English Communications Training) Managers of a call center asked me to pick a recorded call from their call library and work on a lesson plan for roll-out to an audience. They say that an important aspect to keep in mind when developing lessons is that the jumping off point is really the authentic material (selected call). They suggest that I focus on aspects of the language that I can highlight based on the conversation I have chosen. I could choose either the PPP or the TBL approach. I have created an outline of the lesson plan and I just need feedback or if anyone could help me improve my lesson plan and activities. I could send over the lesson plan and the call I picked. Anyone?

Hi,
I'm afraid this is way too long for me to help you with.
Perhaps someone else will offer you some comments.

Good luck, Clive
