Teaching procedure or teaching procedures?

Hi. Let us pretend that someone is writting a lesson plan and there are steps that goes from start to finish, both in context and sequence. Do you think that person should use the phrase "Teaching Procedure" or "Teaching Procedures" as a heading. I think the phrase "Teaching Process" would be good too, as a heading.

Also, if he or she is writing detailed steps to what has been listed in the "Teaching Procedure" part, what do you think the heading should be? Do you think the phrases like "Detailed Teaching Procedure (Procedures)?" or Specific Teaching Procedure (Procedures" is correct?

Example:

(pretending to write a lesson plan teaching students how to make oriental noodles in English)

Teaching Procedure

1.Explanation of terminology - 5 min

2. Explanation of vocabulary - 5 min

3. Explanation of Steps - 10 min

4. Preparation of noodle dish - 20 min

.

.

.

Detailed (Specific?) Teaching Procedure (Procedures?)

1. Explanation of terminology

Teacher will go over such cooking terminology such as "boil" and "smother" - I think those are cooking terminology (not sure though).
