Teaching Phonemes

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.

I'm creating a lesson plan for teaching a pair of phonemes. I'm trying to think of a communicative activity to finish with, but so far I'm out of luck.

Does anyone have any ideas, or suggestions of where I can find inspiration?
