Teaching Medical English in a Francophone Country

Hi

I am considering a second career in retirement. I am a Surgeon of 40 years standing from Med School in the UK and training in the UK, USA and Mission Hospital in Africa as a student. I am British/English, bilingual French (Belgian Mother) and am looking for opportunities to do some good, travel, and earn a little cash.

Is TEFL or CELTA a good place to start? Any ideas? Any other ideas?

Many thanks

Charles, London.

charles hudd Any other ideas? If I were a retired surgeon, I would do volunteer medical work like Médecins Sans Frontières. Much more valuable than teaching a language.
