Teaching Koreans !

Hi Everyone ...
I like to ask some help regarding to help some koreans to improve their spoken english ...
I am not good at english ... but I think, I can help them @ my best ....

Can anyone reply with some info .. regarding how to teach one the spoken english ....

I know one thing .. Language comes with the practice ...ie.. by communicating .......
I donno where I hve to start !
