teachers,kindly check my paragraph and correct me if i am wrong

It was clear since 2000 when the management ordered and made a rule that nurses are not allowed to do internal examinations for delivery patients.Unless,there is permission and supervision of attending physician.But regarding to this,one physician broke this rule.There was instances that she had on call and she asked a nurse to check and do internal examination,She didn't come but instead,she just instructed a nurse to let the patient go home and come back.And if patient will get back,a nurse will do again internal examination and inform her through telephone if patient is cervix fully dilated.If the patient paid for any on call,it's the physician's responsibility to come and check the patient whether it is cervix fully dilated or not.the job of doctors is to facilitate a safe delivery of a healthy newborn and mother as well.If she's unable to come,she should inform earlier so that patient can call other doctor to check and examine them.
