teachers,can u check my paragraph,,

My back and my upper right leg are swelling little bit. I can tolerate the pain though it's painful especially when i am in bed,i should be in left side lying position.I am just taking my pain reliever and some cream for swelling.

Wordsmith, I think you have changed the meaning, by removing the "should be". I think what Ethel intends was probably something like this.

My back and my upper right leg are swelling a little bit. I can tolerate the pain, though it's especially painful when I am in bed. I should lie on my left side. I am just taking some pain relief and some cream for the swelling.
