GAP BETWEEN BLACK AND WHITE JOBLESSNESS

REGRESSIVE EFFECT OF STIMULUS

But perhaps the bigger issue people could also be recognizing is that the type of action that the Federal Reserve has taken (1)have (Isn’t “the type of action” the subject of the verb “have”?) also been incredibly regressive in the sense of inflating assets which are overwhelmingly held by the wealthier (2)perse population, and essentially creating a wealth gap that’s widening between the wealthy and the poor. Many people including Larry would say (3)that they had no choice, they had to go and do this (4)because they had to do whatever took to use that famous phrase “to get the economy going”. But that point about the regression of assets prices rising need to be debated and understood, if not now then in the future, and policy (5)taylored to actually try and do something to counteract that.
