What we need to do is clarify when liability protections can be used. (1??)Candi the who, what, when, where, and why of liability protections. And Section 230 should be a shield for innovators, but it should be a (2??)sorld for Big Tech when they get behind the shield and use it in a very (3??)opic manner, uh, in terms of service, uh, community standards, things that (4??)into up not being explained. And, Emily, whether it is Conservatives or chuches or some of our entertainers or TV programming producers, movie producers in this wonderful creative community that we have in Tennesse, I hear from them their frustration. When trailers for films are blocked or, uh, when they have a promo on a TV show, or new music that is (5??)atheral at a church that says they (6??)are blocked our sermons or (7??)praison worship music. So there needs to be clarity to this. (8??)There also in the legislation what we would do is defined who isn't information content provider. This would bring more definition to the issue around, uh, people writing things in a comment section as opposed to the, the website that is actually publishing or editorializing on information. And then we are removing the phrase otherwise objectionable and (9??)making get that language more specific.

(10??)Summary: What I want to do by amending Section 230 is not to allow Tech Giants to misuse this legislation, to get rid of excessive contents blocking, to cleary define who is the provider of unhealthy information by detailing cases.
