So the government is proposing legislation that, that would make Facebook and Google pay media companies for the content that people post on the social media platforms. So really the government wants to (2?)label the playing-field. You know, it's the traditional media that (3?)puts the work into and getting the articles, writing the articles and (4?)up in complaining for years that Facebook and Google just (5?)free rides on all this content while they're forced to cut costs and (6?)share stuff. (7?)But while Facebook do they pushback on this idea saying it's gonna (8?)lock and blocking people and publishers from sharing it news on this platform. It's calling this (9?)law and fair, uh, saying that (10?)the publishers are under this proposal legislation would be able to charge whatever they want.
