I’ve translated an article that consists of 4 paragraphs and below is the first one! Translating it, I thought choosing the most proper articles, prepositions, words is the most difficult part of all. Also I’m not sure whether my sentences will read naturally to native speakers. So could you give me some advice or any comments on it? Thank you so much teachers for reading my post! ?.?

On April 16th, Ghana’s ministry of health successfully tested drone (a pilotless air vehicle) delivery for consigning specimens of COVID-19 patients. Drone delivery for medicines including vaccines has started in Ghana since April, 2019 and the government decided to add medical samples to its delivery items as the coronavirus pandemic emerged. In China, a drone with a patient’s sample traveled a distance of 3 km from a hospital located in Zhejiang Province Shinchang-hyun to the Centers for Disease Control (the CDC) in February, 2020. It took only 3 minutes which would have been 20 minutes by land.

I don't know what a "consigning specimen" is. How is it different from other kinds of specimens, and how are they "of" patients?

"Including vaccines" is properly parenthetical, I'd say. "Has started" and "since" don't go together. Two independent clauses joined by "and" take a comma, and there should be a comma after the year, anyway. "As" is too fluffy. Maybe "Drone delivery for medicines, including vaccines, began in Ghana in April, 2019, and the government decided to add medical samples to its delivery items when the coronavirus pandemic emerged."

"Zhejiang Province Shinchang-hyun" looks fishy to me, and I don't know what it means, not that I would not being Chinese. I know what "Zhejiang Province" is, but "Shinchang-hyun"? If you have included "the CDC" because you will be using the abbreviation later in the work, put only that and not "the" (CDC).
