Some pp belive that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situation. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

There are some opinion say that it is best to accept a bad situation. But in my opinion there is a drawback of that statement. If we accept the bad reality we will not fight over what we really want to be and not get better. Therefore, i think the best way is that we have to try and improve those situations such as unsatisfactory job or shortage of money.

A common problem with almost people is that they do not love their job, but sadly they do not even try to improve their situation by making an effort to find the meaning of their jobs or their contribution value to job they accept and do their work day by day mindlessly. Why they do not give theirself a chance to seize the oppotunity to change job. Are they scare ?

The second problem, there are a huge amount of people complain that why are they work so hard but they still short of money ? in fact, a lot of people trent to spend their money in unstuiable way. For example, they usually buy clothes, shoes, all of the things that they do not actually need but they buy it because they desire. That way of expense cause them shortage of money all the time. The best way to manage finance is that when we are paid from our job, immediately we make plan for our spending. What we need we should pay for that, what we do not need or desire to have it we should limit it.

In short, if we are in a difficult problem we should try to find an appropriate decision and take action. Even that decision is not a good one but it is better than we give up and accept the fate.
