And I was almost slept in after my work. (This isn't a good sentence.) It should read:
, so I fell asleep after work. (Let's combine these two sentences to make one, okay?) It should read:

I was very tired yesterday, so I fell asleep after work.

I couldn't wake up to talk you. (This isn't a good sentence.) Should read:
I couldn't wake up to talk to you. (I was missing the preposition to. You could also use the word with.) To make a better sentence to fit into the paragraph. It should read:

That is why I didn't wake up to talk to you.

We are lacking of employees now a days and we're the one suffering cos of this. (This isn't a good sentence.) Should read:
We are short of employees nowadays and we're suffering because of this. (Short of employees sounds better to my American ear. Nowadays is just one word. You can repeat we're in this sentence, but it isn't necessary. Cos is not a word.)

or

We are short of staff nowadays and suffering because of it. (This is a really good sentence.)
