Hi,

Can you please check the below part of speech. I segregate the words in each statement under part of speech. Please have a look at it ad post me your comments. Correct my mistakes.

Part of Speech 


1. Still waters run deep; Still, deep - adverb; waters - noun; run - verb 



2. He still lives in that house; still - adverb; he, that house - noun; in- preposition; lives - verb 


3. After the storm comes the calm; after - adjective; the storm, the calm - noun; comes - verb 


4. The after effects of the drug are bad; the after effects - adjective; drug - noun; bad - adverb; are - verb 


5. The up train is late; up, late - adjective; train - noun; is - verb 


6. It weighs about a pound; it, pound - noun; weights - verb; about - preposition 


7. He told us all about the battle; he, battle, us - noun, told - verb; about - adjective 


8. He was only a yard off me; He, me - noun; off - preposition; only a yard -?? 


9. Suddenly one of the wheels came off; suddenly - interjection; one of the wheels - noun; came - verb; off - preposition?? 


10. Muslims fast in the moth of Ramzan; Muslims, Ramzan - noun; fast - verb; in, of - preposition 


11. He kept the fast for the week; he, week, fast - noun; kept - verb; for - preposition

Just a couple of comments on a few cross-outs. I really don't see any wrong with the sentences that you crossed out.
#4 After effect - is a noun. An effect that follows after the primary action of something.
"he was suffering the aftereffects of the drug"

# 2He still lives in that house - speaker is pointing the house across the way from him.

deep - adjective: deep is talking something about still waters; not just talking about the word still
