Principal sir asked me to observe your teaching or how you teach.

How someone teaches?

It has two meaning first being the quality of teaching like good or bad.

And 2nd being the way or technique of teaching like online or offline.

If I want to ask the first one how would I frame the sentence. Please explain also the second one?
