Teach

Most of the teachers here are learning English because they want to teach in/at school.

Which is the correct prep?

Thanks!

in works better, but teach in school seems a bit obvious. You could just say teach , and people would understand that the teaching would happen in a school. You say they are teachers already, though, so the sentence is a little confusing.

  • Are they people who used to teach in a different language before, and now they want to teach in English-speaking classrooms?
