What do we call the materials left at the bottom of the tea glass when finished?

Is dregs possible?

How about honey? Is honey dregs correct?

(This is in terms of current American usage.) If you didn't use a tea bag, then there would be "tea leaves" left at the bottom of the cup (you wouldn't drink tea from a glass in the US). The term "honey dregs" would never be used. If you put honey in your tea and there is some honey left at the bottom of the cup after drinking the honey-sweetened tea, then you might say: "There's some honey
