Tax overdue letter

I sent an explanation letter to Ms. Man on 29 June for my overdue tax payment USD xxxx and hope her can waive it for us, as this is my first time to overdue the tax. However, I received the penalty payment again on 18 June and sent it to my working company. Have you received my letter? Please confirm. I won't to be received your letter in 4th time again. Please confirm
