In some countries it is traditional for men to work and woman to stay at home to look after the family. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this?

In the past in the most of the countries it was traditional for men to work and women to stay at home to take care of the family but now it is not common. Nowadays, because of the development of the technology men and women have to work to manage their life.

There are many advantages for women to stay at home and to take care of their children and her husband. First of all, when the children are born they need their mother to feed them and their mother's love and affection also they need help to do their personal activity and teach them how to do these things. The second one is that they can focus on their children and know everything about them for example, when they have problems or when they get sick they know that their mother is there for them.

On the other hand, if women go to work they have some problems. One of them is that they have limited time to spend with their children and maybe they miss the important and enjoyable part of their children life. The other one is that it is hard to control their work and their home at the same time also it causes a lot of stress for them. The next one is that, if the women go to work they had to employ someone to protect their children or take them to kindergarten so they do not have enough time for them and they have to pay extra money for that.

To sum up, although it has many advantages, it is impossible to ignore disadvantages. The women should have plan for their life and their time to manage everything.
