The schemata outline a university sports complex before and after some upgrades. Overall, in the new plan, some major improvements are seen like the addition of a leisure pool and a sports hall, while keeping the central features untouched.

Currently, the building has 25-meter pool at the center with a changing room on the west and a seating section on the east side. The reception, facing the entrance, is also located on the southern part of the building behind the pool. Moreover, there is a rectangular gym to the rear of the pool, which is expected to become double in size after the renovation plan. Finally, two outdoor courts are located on either side of the principal building, which are also earmarked to be demolished.

As to the new schema, major recreational facilities are expected to crop up, which make the center a self-contained one. A large leisure pool is proposed to be built up in place of the former outdoor court in the west wing of the complex, with a changing room at the southern part. Across from the new pool, in place of the other outdoor courts, a spacious sorts hall is planned to be constructed, with a nearby changing room to the southeast corner of the center. In addition, there are proposals for the construction of two dance studios on the far east of the complex, which with the sports hall make a pathway towards the enlarged gym in the south. Finally, adjacent to the new changing rooms, there two new shops in the reception zone, a sports shop on the left and a cafe on the right.
