The given maps illustrate how the access routes to the City Hospital and the transport infrastructure around it changed in 2010 compared to that in 2007. Overall, in 2010, access to the hospital had been facilitated by the addition of two roundabouts, a bus station, and a separate park lot for the public. However, the ring road surrounding the hospital was not subject to change throughout those three years.
In 2007, there were two entrances to the hospital: one through the T-junction with the Hospital road in the southern center of the hospital, and the other through the car park (used both for the hospital staff and public) located at the right of the same road. But in 2010, the former entrance had been replaced by a roundabout connecting to a new bus station at the west of the Hospital road. In addition, a third entrance was opened to the eastern part of the hospital, where people could now park their cars.
A closer look at the maps reveals that at the other side of the Hospital road, where there used to be a cross road, another roundabout was built in 2010. Not only is this second roundabout connected to the first one by the Hospital lane, but it is also linked to the first roundabout through the bus station mentioned before.
