Task - summarise
Hello guys,
my teacher gave me a extract from the book "snow crash".
The task was to summarise the job the Deliverator has. What I would like you to do is confirm or correcting my short summarise.
In the text “Snow Crash” published by Penguin books and written by Neil Stephenson is about a pizza delivery service which promises to deliver your pie in maximum thirty minutes. Furthermore it plays in a society which has grown and expanded and has become extremely powerful because of new technologies.
The job of the deliverator is clear. He has to deliver people’s pizza in less than thirty minutes otherwise you can have it free, shoot the driver and take his car. In order to accomplish his mission the deliverator drives a powerful car and is equipped with a gun and a special suit. The Car has big sticky tires with contact patches the size of a fat lady’s thighs. Sometimes it might happen that people don’t want to pay their delivery, so he has to pull his gun and makes them people fear.

Oh yes Philip, you're right. Your sentence sounds good but can I also say " so he has to pull his gun and make them tremble in fear" ?
