Besides, it has a variety of nutrients in every kind of plant foods such as vitamin A, K, E in spinach, as well as calcium. A result shows that while we need lots of supplement pills for get rid of lacking of vitamins, vegetarians seem to never need to use that.
However, there are some disadvantages that you should draw you attention to before becoming a vegetarian.
