Task 2: In many countries, the number of animals and plants is declining. Why do you think it is happening? How to solve this issue

In recent years, there have been some evidences that illustrate the loss in the number of creatures in ecosystems due to the development of technology and the human population as far as a natural disaster. While I believe that the explanation for this trend is carbon footprint from human daily life, there is also some action to deal with this issue I want to recommend.

At first, human activities are one of the most reasonable initiating these decrease. To be more detailed, the rise in human population in the modern world is associated with the demand for transportation, therefore, the carbon exhausted, which causes the greenhouse effect among households and manufactory recently increase dramatically. During this increase in carbon emission, animals and plants not only struggled to adapt to survive with human society but it also vulnerable to human emission. For example, in 2000 only 7% of Chinese used cars to travel, and in 2020 more than half of China residents used cars to work. In other words, if the amount of greenhouse gas becomes excessive, the earth will become inappropriate for animals and plants.

In order to solve the mentioned issue, I suggest some solutions that governments are worthy to follow. In our globalizing world, authorities should impose a law that makes car users are required to pay an annual fee if they want to use their private transportation. As a result, this action would encourage citizens to use public transit to travel than their private commitment. Another important step is to raise awareness about the disaster if the amount of carbons still grow up and recently make creatures around the world declining.

To sum up, whereas some significant problems are killing the number of animals and plants, I believe that there are certain solutions which address this issue
