My essay:

One of the controversial issues over recent years has been whether education is freely accessible for all levels or not. From a personal vantage point, I strongly disagree with this consideration for several reasons.

It can be noticed that in some certain levels of schooling, providing free of charge is likely to achieve promising results. Firstly, it allows all of citizens to have access to the most fundamental forms of education. This can be exemplified by the case that the majority countries in the world offer costless education from primary school to high school. Secondly, this policy can help students whose financial backgrounds are not affordable for the school fee. As a result of free basic levels of education, it is highly likely that the overall skills and competence of a nation will be improved.

Turning to the other side of this issue, some certain levels of learning must come with a price, especially such post-high school. The first reason is that thanks to the professional knowledge, learners might upgrade their academic comprehension and polish their skills as well. This can be lead to be helpful for their job-hunting in the long run, therefore, imposing a fee can be acceptable. The second reason is related the fact that in the case of schooling fee is free, the students tend to neglect their studying process. Hence, this method generates sense of responsibility and triumph.

All things considered, I would like to reaffirm my opinion that encourage free availability in some certain levels of schooling. Additionally, tertiary education should be imposed a fee on studying.
