Task 2, please help me check my essay

Task 2: The government should spend more money on medical research to protect citizens' health rather than on protecting the environment. Do you agree or disagree?

In the 21st century, humanity has seen a rapid growth in many aspects, as a result, the concern of human health and the survival of the Earth are unavoidable. Although health problems are vital in our lives, I am greatly in favour of the opinion that the environment is much more urgent and extremely worth to be attended priority.
As the development of qualities life, the population is out breaking leading a rise of daily products demands regardless of entertainment and education. This would provide opportunities for many companies and outlets to generate more products. That explains why a lot of factories grow and harnessing actions happen much more than ever. The air waste and sewage from factories are detrimental to the water of lakes, rivers, oceans and the atmosphere where people live in has become populated. While, deforestation for individual benefit, or, human greed, pose threats to Earth life as the green lung of the Earth has been devastated, especially the creatures and wildlife. It is undeniable that the more destruction people do, the more potential risks and threats they have to face. Our environment is significantly destroyed and does not have a sign to stop.
So, supporting financial assistance of government funding for the environment is essential. Humanity is paying for their actions, many values are lost. Rare animals are gradually fading every year and a great deal of forest area is falling. Numerous places are populated at a high level, many resources are becoming a rarity and many beautiful places are disappearing even people health are threatening. People have to face many other urgent issues such as economic downturn, global warming, greenhouse effect, etc. That is not false to say our life is becoming more hazardous than once. We need to help from the state to solve these matters.
For these reasons, it is clear that protecting the environment is the most crucial factor, which has major effects on our life more than ones. Besides the investment in this, the government must have particular methods to raise resident's awareness and improve environmental quality.
